Apple has been sued by a Japanese company, on featuring Animoji in iPhone X. Emonster, a Japanese company, filed a suit against Apple in federal court of United States. Emonster’s CEO says “Apple made the conscious decision to try to pilfer the name for itself”.
Animoji is an App on Apple App store, which was launched in 2014. This App is used to send GIF emojis. In iPhone X Animoji feature lets you to transfor your face according to emoji’s expression. According to Emonster, Apple is using their method to create emoji.

According to Emonster, Apple was aware that Animoji is under the ownership of Emonster. Apple offered to buy the trademark of Animoji. However, matter is in US federal court. Lets see what happens, According to some source, Emonster is looking for huge money in cause of damages and order of court to stop Apple from using Animojis’s name.
