I changed my cpanel’s password and after few minutes ago my new password was not working, so I started live chat, their live chat agent sent me a password then I used that password to login into my cpanel. This is the privacy of customers at hostgator. Hostgator is a poor hosting company. Instead of posting Ads they should work to improve their service.
