Rambler.ru is one of the worst error I’ve ever seen. I just downloaded a freeware software and i got this bug complimentary with that software. Rambler.ru enroute your searches to nova.rambler.ru. This is the most irritating thing that your searches are being diverted to 3rd party instead being done by default search engine. I watched many tutorials but none of them was useful at all. All were creating diversions. I will show how you can remove rambler error from chrome. All you have to do is just click on 3 dots above the scroll bar. As shown in the picture below after that you have to click on more tools and then click on extensions. Here you will find Cookies Control Extension.

You have click on the options of and then you have to click on clear cookies set by this extension and also click on clear storage rules. By doing this your rambler error will be removed and you can safely search. To ensure the changes you can click on settings and then go to advanced. In privacy settings you fill find content setting, you just have to click on content settings. After that click on cookies. Everything will be blank in all sections.
